Microsoft is removing every known way to bypass signing in with a Microsoft Account when setting up Windows 11. Starting with builds 26220.6772 and 26120.6772, commands like bypassnro and ms-cxh:localonly no longer works, forcing users to connect to the internet and sign in during setup. Local account creation is still possible, but it requires the use of other methods, such as a more complex installation using an unattended file. Microsoft is tightening its grip on the Windows 11 setup process, making it almost impossible to bypass the Microsoft Account and internet connection requirements to complete the setup of a new installation or computer....

Windows 10 21H1 has reached the end of support. This release will no longer receive security or maintenance updates.
