1. Open Amazon Music Settings ( web) .
  2. Sign in to your Amazon account credential (if applicable).
  3. Click the Cancel subscription option.
  4. Click the Cancel subscription option again.
  5. Click the Continue to cancel button.
  6. Click the Confirm cancellation button.

Once you complete the steps, the subscription will be canceled, but you will continue to have access to the service for any remaining time.
