1. Open Amazon on the web .
  2. Sign in your Amazon Prime account credential.
  3. Click the Account & Lists menu and select the Prime Membership option.
  4. Click the “Manage Membership” menu and choose the End Membership button.
  5. Click the Cancel My Benefits button.
  6. Click the Continue to cancel button.
